Waste Pollution

The issue of industrial waste disposal is spreading worldwide, with particular concern over discarded solar panels and electronic components. The safe disposal of hazardous materials and medical waste is also lagging, and these impacts are extending globally.

A Circular Society

Industrial waste treatment requires the recycling of diverse material resources. The FJ electric resistance melting furnace, anticipated to play a crucial role in realizing a sustainable and circular society, achieves volume reduction and detoxification through high-temperature melting, enabling the extraction of valuable materials.

Features

Industrial Waste Processing and

the FJ Electric Resistance Melting Furnace

The process involves directly feeding crushed waste into the furnace for melting. The materials are separated into slag and metal. Each extracted material is processed at temperatures exceeding 1500°C, rendering them safe and harmless. The volume of slag is reduced through melting and can be used as a porous material. Metals, after crushing, can be recycled into valuable materials through magnetic separation and density separation processes.
